Course Enrolments, Withdrawals and Refunds
Auslan Consultancy aims to provide all course participants with an excellent development experience. This is best achieved when courses have set numbers of minimum and maximum participants, as this allows participants to interact effectively with their peers and the course presenter.
Because we are trying to optimise the experience, and also run financially viable courses, it is important that late enrolments to, and withdrawals from courses are avoided if possible.
Payment of course fees must be made at least 3 working days prior to the commencement of the course. Payment can be made by credit card via TryBooking.com
Withdrawals (more than 5 working days prior to course commencement)
When a written notification of withdrawal from a course is received 5 working days or more prior to the course date, a refund of the course fee, less a $50 administration fee will be made to the registered participant/s.
Late Withdrawals (within 5 working days prior to course commencement)
When a written notification of withdrawal from a course is received within 5 working days prior to the course date, no refund of the course fee will be made and the participant may not transfer to another course, with exception of a Medical Certificate in which a part refund may be made, or at Auslan Consultancy’s discretion.
As the participant has paid for a place in the course, a suitable substitute participant may be nominated at no extra charge.
Auslan Consultancy reserves the right to cancel any course.
When a course has been cancelled by Auslan Consultancy, full refunds are offered to all registered participants.
Any refund fund will be sent to you via Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT), upon provision of your Bank details – Bank, Account name, BSB and Account number.
